At danceSing, we make wellbeing simple for caregivers and residents. Explore clear answers to the most common questions about our programmes, plans, and support — everything you need to get the best from the danceSing platform.
How do I know which plan I need?
If you’re using [Care / Lifestyle / On Air] for yourself, or supporting one person, the Individual Plan is right for you.
If you’re part of a small team at one site, facility, or community, choose the Team Plan.
If you operate across multiple locations or service sites, the Organisation Plan is required.
What is a ‘single site’?
A single site means one physical location — for example, a care home, senior living community, hospital ward, office, or community venue. If your team works or meets regularly in the same place, that’s a single site.
Can I share my account or login with others?
No. Individual accounts are for personal use only and cannot be shared. For shared access, please upgrade to a Team or Organisation Plan.
Does the free trial automatically renew?
Yes. Your 7-Day Free Trial will automatically renew into a monthly plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You’ll receive an email reminder before renewal.
How can I cancel my plan?
If you signed up online via our self-service checkout, you can cancel your plan at any time through your account settings. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. If your plan was set up manually (Team or Organisation), please contact support@dancesing.online and our team will assist you.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. If you signed up online via our self-service checkout, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply from your next renewal date.
If your plan was set up manually (for example, as a Team or Organisation account), please contact us at support@dancesing.online and our team will help manage any plan changes.
How do I pay?
Individual plans: Paid securely online via Stripe using major credit/debit cards or PayPal. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Team (single-site) Radio plans: Can also be paid online via Stripe.
Team (Care/Lifestyle) and Organisation (multi-site) plans: Payment options are discussed directly with the danceSing team when you contact us.
How do I access my portal or radio service?
Individual self-service plans: After payment, you’ll receive an email with login instructions. Access is via our secure web portal (and/or mobile browser for On Air Radio).
Team (single-site) Radio plans: Self-service via email with login instructions, same as individual plans.
Team (Care/Lifestyle) and Organisation (multi-site) plans: Access is set up separately by the danceSing team; login credentials and portal links are provided directly to the organisation.
Is there a limit on devices or streams?
You can log in from more than one device, but simultaneous streaming is restricted to fair use. For multiple users or concurrent sessions, a Team or Organisation Plan is required.
