At danceSing, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of older adults through the power of movement, music and mindfulness.
Founded with a passion for creating meaningful, engaging, and evidence-based resources, we help individuals thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our platform is rooted in research and driven by a deep commitment to the health and happiness of our communities.
Our Research & Impact
In partnership with the University of Stirling, Glasgow University, and the University of Plymouth, danceSing enhances adult care with evidence-based programmes that improve health and well-being in 12 weeks.
