Payment Terms:
All subscriptions are paid in advance. Monthly plans renew monthly. Quarterly plans are paid upfront and renew every three months. Yearly plans are paid upfront and renew annually.
Fair Use Policy
Individual Plan is strictly for personal use.
- Individual accounts may be monitored for unusual activity such as sharing logins or access from multiple locations.
- Concurrent streaming is not allowed for Individual accounts.
- If misuse is detected, danceSing may contact the subscriber or pause access until the appropriate plan is in place.
Team Plan is designed for small groups or organisations operating from one single location.
- It cannot be shared across multiple sites or venues.
Organisation Plan is required for organisations using across multiple sites, offices, or services.
- danceSing may periodically review usage to ensure the correct plan is being used and will support upgrades where needed.
